Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.
2. Condition of the Product
We accept returns and exchanges for the following:
a) Unopened & Unused Products
Products that are new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
The packaging must be intact, and all included accessories and manuals should be present.
b) Opened & Slightly Used Products
Products that have been opened but show minimal to no signs of use.
All original accessories and packaging should be included.
c) Defective Products
If a product is defective or not working as intended, we will offer a replacement or refund.
The defect must be verified by our support team before processing the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not covered under this policy:
Software Subscriptions & Trial Periods:
Subscription-based products cannot be refunded unless they were paid in advance.
If paid in advance, we will refund for the unused portion of the prepaid subscription.
Products damaged due to improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
